This page explains the steps after “Request with Online Form” so you know exactly what to expect. (It’s also

Typical steps (1–3)
- We confirm details (site address, access, timing, and any compliance needs).
- We scope inclusions based on your facility type (office, clinic, NDIS, warehouse, etc.).
- We send a written proposal and confirm next steps (walkthrough if needed, then a start date).
